1. Acceptance
By accessing or using StrikeCMS, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and use only accounts you are authorised to control. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Accounts may not be sold, impersonate another person or be used to evade a restriction or suspension.
3. Community conduct
You may not harass users, publish unlawful or harmful material, distribute malware, spam the service, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with servers, misuse private information or encourage abuse.
Additional rules published by the operator or individual game servers form part of these Terms.
4. Your content
You remain responsible for content you submit. You confirm that you have the right to post it and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
You grant the operator a non-exclusive licence to host, display, reproduce and process that content only as needed to operate, moderate and promote the community. Content may be removed or restricted when it violates these Terms or creates risk.
5. Moderation and enforcement
Staff may review reports and take reasonable action, including warnings, content removal, message restrictions, suspension or account deletion. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate action.
You may question a decision through the Request Center, but submitting a request does not guarantee reversal.
6. Third-party services
Game servers, Steam, Discord, email providers and linked websites are separate services with their own terms. Unless expressly stated, StrikeCMS is not affiliated with or endorsed by game publishers or platform providers.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may change, become unavailable or contain errors, and maintenance may interrupt access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss, lost data, lost profits or damage caused by third-party services, user content or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and applicable law
These Terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Applicable law and courts depend on the location of the community operator, while mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected.
